强迫症的发病流程以及治疗原理之三想法认同(周彪老师)

【摘要】强迫思维出现了之后本身并不会让我们痛苦,强迫思维在逻辑上是有问题的,甚至可以是荒谬的,之所以强迫思维让我们痛苦其实是源自于我们对强迫思维的认同。小时候爷爷奶奶讲鬼故事,小朋友夜里面就很有可能害怕的不敢出门。小朋友从来都没见过鬼,但由于爷爷奶奶告诉了他们“鬼夜里可能吃掉不听话的小孩子”这样一个想法,他们认同了这样的想法,所以在夜里有可能因为害怕都不敢出门。小朋友由于自身年龄与经历的局限,在面对想法的时候是没有办法区分的。但是,当我们长大的时候,绝大部分朋友都不会因为鬼故事而回避和影响生活。这也是因为我们已经不再认同鬼故事的想法的缘故。强迫症的问题就是在面对一些想法的时候认同了这些想法。举一个例子强迫症的朋友产生一个想法“如果我不洗手,我就会生病”,这样一个想法,强迫症朋友对于这个想法的评价是“有可能”。这样的评价使得我们产生了焦虑恐惧等等的情绪。在这些情绪的痛苦之中,我们会积极的寻找缓解情...

强迫症的问题就是在面对一些想法的时候认同了这些想法。举一个例子强迫症的朋友产生一个想法“如果我不洗手,我就会生病”,这样一个想法,强迫症朋友对于这个想法的评价是“有可能”。这样的评价使得我们产生了焦虑恐惧等等的情绪。在这些情绪的痛苦之中,我们会积极的寻找缓解情绪的办法,而使用最多的就是我们的强迫行为,对于这位朋友来说,洗手就成为了缓解情绪的最简单的行为。但是,我们需要注意到的是,强迫行为只是在解决情绪的问题,也就是说,洗手只是在缓解情绪,而不是在根除我们对强迫思维的认同。所以,我们会发现,强迫行为本身会经历一个过程,一个从可以很好的缓解情绪的行为转变为非常困扰我们的行为的过程。比如洗手,刚开始的时候,也许只需要洗1分钟,但之后时间会慢慢变成,逐渐从1分种发展到10分钟,30分钟。最终使得洗手本身成为了我们痛苦的来源。

我们出现强迫思维本身不是问题,有问题的是我们解决强迫思维的方法。事实上,我们在解除强迫思维的方式通常只是在认同。假如我们能够不再认同强迫思维,那么我们就可以改变由于强迫思维而导致的情绪问题。所以,我们可以看到,思维认同它在强迫症之中的重要作用。
